When You Desire The Best
Since we entered the Independent Adjusting business in 1946, experience has show us that no one company can provide everything for every client. We focus upon excellence in the four specialties which make up the core of our operations:
1. Workers’ Compensation claims administration for organizations with exposure(s) in Montana,
2. Property and Casualty claim large loss litigation/mediation services, and
3. Claims Process Expert services for large loss and extra-contractual litigation nationwide
4. Claim Process Consulting for workers' compensation organizations, including self-funded programs, self-funded groups, mutual insurance companies and other companies responsible for wc claims.
CARVE OUT
For direct workers' compensation administration, we specialize in only one jurisdiction, Montana. No one knows Montana workers' compensation better than our staff. We actively participate in the creation of legislation in Montana, serve on both the Montana Self-Insurers Association and Montana State Fund Board of Directors. This intimate and granular involvement has allowed us to show a proven record of success for our clients of delivering the best 'full program cost' results attainable.
Carve Out. Montana is a significantly different jurisdiction compared to other states. The business partners that work with our amazing staff recognize that there is significant value by carving out Montana from national claims administration agreements. By partnering with our insurance and self-insured clients, through timely, sophisticated reporting and on-going, daily communication, we are able to assist them in reducing their overall Montana workers' compensation costs, significantly reduce their average cost per case and fully implement Stay At Work / Return To Work programs and advanced loss control efforts.
Most importantly, we have practiced recovering worker engagement since 2001, something we have since 2001 called Humanizing the Workers' Compensation Process. Our core, our processes, our procedures, our approach and our philosophes have been crafted to a embrace and incorporate a higher standard. This standard focuses each step upon the one that matters: the recovering injured worker. When dealing with people that have been injured or families surviving the loss of a loved one, we believe we owe the highest standard possible to these people going through some of the worst times in their lives. Humanizing the Workers' Compensation Process isn't difficult or more expensive, it's just what we think the claims industry should do. What we have proven over two decades, far in advance of the claims industry joining the parade, is that through focusing the process upon the workers' medical recovery and emotional support, the overall costs for the payer (self-insured and insurance company) are SIGNIFICANTLY LESS.
